Although Saturday 20th September may still feel a little way off, excitement is building, and tickets are already selling for the next Old Arnoldians’ Reunion Dinner!

Held every couple of years at the request of the Old Arnoldians’ Committee, this much-loved tradition has become a highlight of the school’s event calendar. So, make sure Saturday 20th September is firmly in your diary.

In 2023, more than 150 former students, staff, family, and friends gathered in the beautifully transformed OAKS Hall for a night of celebration, reconnection, laughter and nostalgia, and this year’s event promises to be even better.

We’re thrilled to announce that several much-loved and well-respected current and former members of staff will be joining us again this year, including Phil Hayden, Kendall Lee, Max Kirkham, and former Headmaster Bill Gillen.

Reflecting on the 125th Anniversary Dinner, Phil Hayden, Deputy Head (Pastoral), shared:

“The last OA Dinner was a real highlight. It was fantastic to meet up with so many former students and colleagues and catch up on how they’re doing and the adventures they’ve been having. I’m really looking forward to this year’s dinner.”

Mr Kendall Lee, a long-standing member of the Arnold teaching staff, added:

“It is always lovely to see former colleagues, pupils, children of pupils, children of children of pupils etc., and try and remember their names!”

It’s that deep sense of connection, across generations. that makes the OA Reunion Dinner such a special occasion.

Guests will enjoy a specially curated three-course menu designed by Head Chef Steve Shepheard, along with a welcome drink on arrival. The AKS Events Team is also busy planning bespoke entertainment and an inspiring guest speaker to complete the evening.

But above all, this evening is about reconnecting. sharing stories, rekindling friendships, and reliving the moments that made your time at Arnold School unforgettable.
